We use cookies and similar technologies on the MOLO web portal (wearemolo.com) to keep it working, understand how it’s used, and improve your experience. This policy explains what cookies we use, why, and how you can manage your preferences. The MOLO mobile app does not use browser cookies.

We do not currently use advertising or targeting cookies on wearemolo.com. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before placing any such cookies.

4. Third-Party Services
Some cookies on wearemolo.com are set by third-party services we use to operate and improve the portal. We only use third-party services where necessary and select providers who comply with UK data protection law. These may include:
- Analytics providers — to help us understand portal usage in aggregate. Data is subject to the provider’s own privacy policy.

We do not permit third-party services to use data collected through our portal for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
5. The MOLO App
The MOLO mobile app (available on iOS and Android) does not use browser cookies. We do use certain device-level identifiers and usage logs within the app for authentication and crash reporting purposes. These are described in our Privacy Policy at wearemolo.com/privacy.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we introduce new third-party services or change the cookies we use. We will notify you of any material changes via a banner on the portal or by email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will always show the most recent version.
